BURR ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT CO.  FULL 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Burr Engineering and Development Co., 1125 Watkins Road, Battle Creek, Michigan warrants this product and its components and accessories for a FULL ONE YEAR from date of retail purchase.

This warranty guarantees all parts and labor to be free from defects.  In the event the customer determines this product does not conform to this warranty, they may return the product freight prepaid for evaluation and a no charge repair or replacement (if repair is not an option).

If Burr Engineering determines the product problem is due to misuse or reasons other than defects in materials and/or workmanship, they will repair the product if the customer authorizes the charges and shipping costs.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

YOU MUST RETAIN AND PRODUCE A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE TO VALIDATE THIS WARRANTY.
